TENDERS AND BUSINESS CASE PREPARATION

The Giraffe Consulting team has supported several public sector agencies in the preparation of complex bid preparations.

We were responsible for developing the winning tender by Glasgow Business Services Ltd., a partnership between Glasgow Chamber of Commerce and the Glasgow local economic development companies, to Scottish Enterprise Glasgow for the provision of Business Gateway services in Glasgow.

In another case, one of our consultants project managed the preparation and submission of a compelling case to Scottish National Heritage for Dumfries and Galloway to achieve Marine and Coastal National Park Status.

Our consultants have also written business cases and EU funding applications on behalf of public sector bodies.
