Organisation development is a focus in much of the work that Giraffe Consulting conducts. We work with clients on issues such as strategy development, re-structuring, developing strategic capability, organisational change, leadership and project management.

We also work with our public sector clients on customer service improvement projects, providing practical advice on improving business processes. Our support has helped our clients achieve improved customer satisfaction performance ratings.

Another very practical area where we have supported public sector clients is in marketing planning and the development of strategic marketing and communications plans.

The Giraffe Consulting team has also helped public sector organisations achieve success through assisting in the preparation of complex tenders and business cases. We have also prepared and developed EU funding applications on behalf of public sector bodies.
