Organisation development is a focus in much of the work that Giraffe Consulting conducts. We work with client companies on issues such as organisational strategy development, re-structuring, developing strategic capability, organisational change, leadership and project management.

One of our senior consultants has just finished managing an organisational development project for a large ferry company, designing and delivering a strategy workshop to unite the team behind a shared set of priorities relating to future organisation development interventions, structural review and analysis of market opportunities.
