• For a leading provider of mobile telecoms services to small businesses in the UK, two projects. The first developed a strategic plan for the business customer support function, starting from the needs of that small business customer as they adopted a range of mobile applications. The second developed a process by which good practice in business customer support could be rolled out.
• For a major provider of mobile telecommunications services, contributing to a project to explore the potential uptake of 3G services, and the applications most likely to prove compelling for different segments.
• For the Korea Information Society Development Institute (KISDI) and Korea Telecom: strategic analysis including modelling the roll-out and take-up of digital services in Korea; outlining potential telecom service supplier strategies; developing convergent industry value chain models; and setting out outline regulatory structures and principles appropriate for a converged digital environment. The work thus included broadcasting, video on demand (VOD), fixed and wireless telecoms.
