Virginia Grant joined Giraffe Consulting in April 2006. She specialises in the development of organisation strategy and is an expert practitioner in the management of change, organisation development and the development of senior managers and teams.
Virginia heads up projects in the field of tourism and leisure and also manages reviews and evaluation studies on behalf of public and private sector clients.
